Delivery is available throughout the entire territory of Armenia.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For purchases exceeding 30,000 AMD, delivery in Yerevan and surrounding regions (up to 20 km) is free, and for purchases up to 30,000 AMD, delivery in Yerevan and surrounding regions (up to 20 km) costs 2,000 AMD.<\/p>\n

In case of delivery to regions, each kilometer beyond 20 km is charged at 200 AMD.<\/p>\n

  • Delivery in Yerevan is organized within 48 hours after payment, after purchase confirmation.<\/li>\n
  • Delivery to the regions of Armenia is made within 2-4 business days after purchase confirmation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t

    Products purchased from hilco.am can be returned within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.<\/p>\n

    The buyer has the right to return the purchased product if:<\/p>\n

    • The purchased product has technical problems, is of inadequate quality, or is damaged.<\/li>\n
    • The ordered product does not match the website description.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t

        The store has the right to unilaterally cancel the order in the following cases:<\/p>\n

        • In the event that the product that was ordered becomes unavailable for any reason, including changes in supplies, legislation or technical malfunctions.<\/li>\n
        • If there is a violation of the terms of the order by the buyer, including incorrectly provided shipping or payment information.<\/li>\n
        • In the event of force majeure circumstances, such as natural disasters, armed conflicts, strikes, civil unrest and other similar circumstances that make it impossible to fulfill the obligations assumed.<\/li>\n
        • The Store has the right to decide at its discretion to cancel the order if it is necessary to protect the interests of the Store, or if there are other circumstances that prevent the fulfillment of the order.<\/li>\n
